GovCIO is looking for an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide exceptional technical support to Veterans. Your role will involve assisting with mobile device setup, application support, and troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. This position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of technical support experience, preferably familiar with service desk tools like Service Now.
A Public Trust Security Clearance is required for this role, along with U.S. citizenship.
