Own the infrastructure that makes sub-second coaching possible — the streaming backbone, regional deployment, observability, and the reliability bar for a product reps depend on live, in front of customers. Speed and uptime are the feature.
What you'll do- Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, edge/serverless) for latency and reliability.
- Build the streaming and queueing backbone that carries live audio and cues end to end.
- Set up observability — metrics, tracing, alerting — so latency and uptime regressions surface fast.
- Lead on regional data residency (US/EU/APAC), scaling, and incident response.
- Harden CI/CD and make safe, frequent deploys the default.
- 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, SRE, or backend engineering.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms, serverless/edge, containers, and IaC.
- Track record cutting tail latency and running reliable, observable production systems.
- Strong in at least one backend language and comfortable across the stack.
- Calm, methodical approach to on-call and incidents.
- Postgres performance tuning at scale.
- SOC 2 / compliance-aware infrastructure experience.
