IT Procurement Ops Specialist (Net Suite) — Contract | Hybrid (Woodbury, MN)

We’re hiring a hands‑on Net Suite / ERP procurement operations specialist to help stabilize and optimize a recently implemented Net Suite environment. This is a contract role supporting day‑to‑day ERP operations across Procurement, Accounting/AP, vendors, inventory/warehouse, and end users.

What you’ll do

• Own Net Suite operational support for procurement/AP workflows (POs, invoicing, payments, vendor issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues quickly while improving processes to reduce recurring support volume
• Support item setup and inventory/warehouse‑related workflows (assemblies/kits/components a plus)
• Partner with business teams to improve workflows, documentation, and user training

What we’re looking for

• 2–5+ years supporting an ERP (Net Suite strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of procurement + AP processes and vendor coordination
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast prioritization, and cross‑functional communication
• Bonus:
  Net Suite migration/implementation support, ERP integrations exposure (e.g., Logic Broker/EDI)

The projected hourly range for this position is $70.00 to $80.00 an hour
