Pay Range: $17.00/hr – $17.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Job Type: Full‑time (30+ hours per week), Floater position – available shifts 20‑25 hours per week as needed across multiple locations including Woodbury, Stillwater, and Eas/ St Paul.

Entry level, union‑represented (collective bargaining agreement). Eligible for benefits under CBA.

Days and nights vary, including weekends. Shift availability as a floater, driving to different accounts.

• Clean and maintain building floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, degumming, spot cleaning).
• Clean furniture, walls, glass, mirrors, fixtures, machines, and other equipment (dust, wash, vacuum, polish).
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Move furniture, light fixtures, or other items manually or with hand truck.
• Extract carpet for small jobs.
• Execute proper use of all equipment.
• Clean and maintain cleaning equipment per instructions (rags, mops, machines, tools, buckets).
• Prepare cleaning solutions (water, detergents, and other chemicals) according to specifications.
• Monitor and report facility issues requiring repairs (notify Lead, Site or Zone Manager).
• Monitor building security and safety (lock doors after operating hours, ensure electrical appliances are turned off, etc.).
• Properly stack and replace cleaning items and tools.
• Ensure supplies are available for each shift.
• Report supply requisition needs to Lead/Manager.

• Experience in building and warehouse cleaning work.
• Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions.
• Communication skills to relate to officials, staff, and public courteously.
• Disposition to perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe‑handling sheets (generally in English; may have Spanish where state required).
