Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Woodbury, MN. This position offers a unique 4-day work week, three scheduled days off every week, and consistent overnight hours.

You'll be responsible for maintaining hard floors, cleaning carpets, operating floor care equipment, and helping keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Woodbury, MNPay: $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

8:00 PM - 4:30 AM32 Hours Per Week4-Day Work Week Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Off Consistent Overnight Schedule Great Work-Life Balance Weekend Availability Required What You'll DoOperate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment

Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing

Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas

Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed

Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines

Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

Complete cleaning projects independently and efficiently

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

Ability to push and pull floor care equipment

Strong attendance and reliability

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, floor care, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required

Training Provided Carlson provides hands-on training and support to help you succeed and develop new skills.
