Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Orville Commons, a 235-unit community in Woodbury, MN. You will lead the maintenance team, oversee the property's appearance, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and quality across units and common areas.
This role requires 3–5 years maintenance experience, carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, HVAC knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. We offer $27-29/hour with 7% bonus potential and a strong benefits package.
