The Impact You Will Make

This is a great opportunity as a Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of large, cross‑functional projects critical to our strategic objectives and the success of the business. The key responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to stakeholders, leading and motivating cross‑functional project teams, and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

Role

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain charters, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, engineering, or project management).
  • LSSBB or LSSGB Certification
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional project teams, including coordinating activities across multiple departments and geographies.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical device, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
  • Experience managing technology transfer projects for a contract design and manufacturing organization (CDMO).
