Job Description:

F45 Training, the fastest growing fitness franchise network in the world, has exploded in recent years with over 2,000 franchisees in 50 countries. We are seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Multi-Unit Studio Manager to partner directly with the Owners in running our Woodbury and Stillwater F45 locations. In this role, you will act as the operational leader and brand ambassador for both communities.

You will oversee daily operations, manage a high-performing coaching team, drive membership sales, and maintain the premium F45 member experience across both studios.

• Drive Revenue
  :
  Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals for both locations.
• Lead Management
  :
  Convert leads into members through phone calls, texts, and face-to-face consults with InBody scan.
• Local Marketing
  :
  Execute local business partnerships and community pop-up events in Woodbury and Stillwater.
• Retention
  :
  Oversee member check-ins, celebrate milestones, and run the 45-Day Challenges.

• Manage Coaches
  :
  Recruit, onboard, schedule, and evaluate a team of high-quality fitness coaches.
• Owner Collaboration
  :
  Meet weekly with the Owners to review KPIs, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Operational Sync
  :
  Split time strategically between Woodbury and Stillwater to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Class Quality
  :
  Coach a minimum of 10 classes per week to stay connected to members at both studios.

• Compliance
  :
  Ensure both studios strictly follow F45 brand and cleanliness guidelines.

• Experience
  : 2+ years of management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality (multi-unit experience a plus).
• Sales Record
  :
  Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
• Certifications
  :
  Active Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) and CPR/AED certification.
• Mobility
  :
  Reliable transportation to travel between the Woodbury and Stillwater studios.
• Schedule
  :
  Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on studio needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
• 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry required
• Must have Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
• Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• 3+ years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating
• Must have outstanding experience delivering high-quality customer service, excellent communication, organizational, and written skills
• Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Studio Owner, Sales Associates, and client
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Computer proficiency with MS Office programs, Mind Body Online, as well as various media platforms
