• Lead with purpose, compassion, and vision as the Manager of Clinical Services. Inspire and empower a clinical team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary group of professionals to shape strategic care plans, mentor future leaders, and champion a culture of excellence and empathy.
• Ensure every patient receives comfort, dignity, and the highest standard of care when it matters most.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

  Monday through Friday, full-time position with on-call responsibilities.

The starting salary range for this role is $95,000-$115,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on factors including geographic location, education, certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package may include benefits such as medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility.
