Temporary | Registered Nurse

Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts
  • 6:00am-2:30pm (64 hours in a 2 week pay period)
  • Pay Range

    $38.51 – $48.13 per hour (based on experience)

    Education Required
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing

    The Difference You’ll Make
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
  • Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
  • Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow‑up care
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and person‑centered care environment for residents, families, and team members
  • Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practice
  • Qualifications Education Required
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Experience Required
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
  • Extensive experience in Memory care
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong commitment to compassionate, resident‑centered customer service
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
