Saint Therese - Woodbury, MN
Casual/on call Registered Nurse position at Saint Therese Woodbury.
Schedule
Positions require a minimum of four shifts per month (including two weekend shifts) and one holiday per year. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work all shift times and be available to pick up additional shifts on short notice, as needed.

Pay Range: $38.51 - $48.13 per hour (based on experience). Same Day Pay Available.

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing programCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of NursingExperience Required
Minimum one year of nursing experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settingsExtensive experience in Memory careExcellent communication skillsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulationsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalismStrong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer serviceAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician ordersSafely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident responseComplete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systemsAssess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and support appropriate follow-up careCoordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care deliveryEnsure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standardsPromote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team membersDemonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and exceptional customer service in daily practiceSaint Therese is an EEO/AA employer.
