School Nurse (RN or LPN) – Woodbury

We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship-driven School Nurse to join our Woodbury team! If you love working with young children and families—and want a meaningful nursing role in a supportive, lower-stress environment—this could be the perfect fit. This role is well suited for nurses with young children, as well as those seeking a slower-paced alternative to high-stress healthcare settings.

• Support the daily health and wellness of children in our care
• Monitor allergies, medications, and immunization records
• Provide guidance and resources to families and staff, including new parents
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment
• Partner with school leadership to support day-to-day operations

• Active Minnesota RN or LPN license
• Confidence with medication administration and knowledge of HIPAA
• Strong communication skills and a caring, team-first mindset
• Ability to pass required background study (Department of Human Services)
• Starting at $26.00–$27.00+ per hour
• Please note:
  This role is based in a childcare setting and follows a different pay structure than hospital or clinical nursing roles.
