Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am (64 hours per two-week period)
Schedule: Week 1:
Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri | Week 2:
Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat
Pay Range: $21.27 - $28.87 hour (based experience)

- -Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- -Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence through person-centered care
- -Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff
- -Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed
- -Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement with residents
- -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- -Follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control standards
- -Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems
- -Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care and well-being
- -Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in daily interactions
- -Successful completion of a State approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Act
- -Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.
- -Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- -Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- -Ability to work independently while accurately planning and completing assigned tasks
- -Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
- -Awareness of and sensitivity to residents' individual needs, interests, and abilities
- -Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
- -Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and assisting residents (50+ lbs.)
