Job Purpose

RIPCO Management (our property management division) is looking to hire a Junior Property Manager based out of our Woodbury, Long Island office. Prior experience is not required, but construction experience is preferred. This role will oversee day‑to‑day operations of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as primary point of contact for tenants, handling requests, issues, and lease compliance.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and manage service agreements.
Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
  • Construction experience preferred, but not required
  • Communication skills – clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build positive tenant, vendor, and internal team relationships
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively
