Senior UX Researcher - AI-Driven, B2B SaaS, Mentorship

• Define and execute user research programs

• Lead exploratory and generative research studies

• Plan, design, and execute tactical research initiatives

• Monitor UX project execution and establish relevant project metrics

• Develop foundational UX research artifacts

• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams

• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance research workflows

• Mentor and assist UX Researchers

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of UX research experience;
  Bachelor's degree candidates with strong demonstrated industry experience will also be considered
• Experience in UX research on B2B SaaS solutions
• Experience conducting both exploratory/generative and tactical research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A curious, hands-on approach to leveraging generative AI tools
• Experience with data analytics to inform UX research direction is a nice-to-have
• A portfolio is a nice-to-have; candidates will be expected to walk through at least one strong past project during the interview process
