A local hospitality company in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure food quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant, strong leadership skills, and a track record of driving sales and teamwork. This role requires working on the line alongside the team, maintaining high morale and developing staff.
Competitive salary range is $80k - $90k plus bonus and benefits.
