Store Associate – Deli & Cashier (Full‑Time)

Nights & Weekends Pay Range: $11.41-$19.76 Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Full‑Time Store Associate to support deli and cashier operations at our Minneota location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well independently, and can commit to consistent night and weekend shifts.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve deli items following food safety guidelines
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Assist with opening/closing duties
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or food service experience preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
