Client Advisor​/Stylist - Woodbury

Summary

Provide high-touch client service and personalized styling in a luxury boutique environment to drive sales and build long-term relationships. Deliver an elevated client experience across the full client journey, support store operations and merchandising, and meet CRM and sales targets. Prepare for client appointments, stay current on product and trends, and collaborate with the store team to maintain presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Master the client journey and proactively engage existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships.
• Deliver personalized couture-level service during preparation, welcome, presentation, closing and follow-up phases.
• Manage CRM activities, capture client data, and execute personalized reach-out campaigns to meet targets and KPIs.
• Provide styling guidance across categories, curate looks, and prepare for client appointments.
• Maintain product knowledge, monitor warehouse stock, and replenish the sales floor to maximize sales.
• Support visual merchandising guidelines and report relevant information to store management.
• Operate the POS to complete client transactions and assist with operational tasks including shipping, receiving, returns, and repairs.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent clienteling, verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Action oriented, problem-solver and team player; foreign language skills a plus.
