Looking to use your maintenance skills at a stable community with full-time hours and long-term potential? BGSF is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire role in Woodbury. You'll handle daily repairs, unit turns, and service requests while supporting a professional property management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Complete work orders and support daily maintenance operations
• Prepare units for move-ins (turns and make-readies)
• Respond to on-call needs as scheduled
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Personal hand tools for daily maintenance tasks
• Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
• Prior apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred

Job Details

• Location: Woodbury, MN 55125
• Pay: $22-$24/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Type: Contract-to-Hire
• On-Call: Required
