A premier property management company seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of a Class A multifamily residential community. Responsibilities include completing service requests, performing general maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, own a basic set of hand tools, and have a valid driver's license. Certifications in CPO and CAMT may be provided after 1 year of employment.
Competitive hourly pay of $25 - $31.
