Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in food production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the site’s operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Wanamingo, MN

Pay Range:$31.50 (+$1.25 shift differential) / Hourly

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10 PM – 6 AM

• Perform all preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including conveyors, fillers, labelers, and other machinery.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, PIVs, and electrical systems up to 480 volts 3-phase.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
• Record all work activities accurately using the current CMMS (SAP) system and communicate findings effectively.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two-year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
