• Operatebuckettrucksandaerialliftequipmentsafely.
• Climbpolesusingapprovedclimbingandfallprotectionequipmentwhenrequired.
• Stringandsecureaerialcableusinglashers,pulleys,andotherriggingtools.
• Installhardwareincludinganchors,guywires,brackets,andsupportstructures.
• Readandinterpretconstructionprints,maps,anddailyworkpackets.

  Driver’sLicense(CDL) withtankerendorsementandcurrentDOTmedicalcardmayberequired.
• Minimumof3yearsofexperienceinaerialortelecommunicationsconstruction.
• Experienceoperatingbuckettrucksandaerialliftequipment.
• Proficiencyinpoleclimbinganduseoffallarrestsystems.
• Knowledgeofaerialconstructionmaterials,tools,andinstallationmethods.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretconstructionprints,maps,andtechnicaldocuments.
• Comfortableworkingatheightsupto
  50feet.
• Abilitytoworkoutdoorsyear-roundinvaryingweatherconditions.
• Strongsafetyawarenessandattentiontodetail.
• Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandwithinacrewenvironment.

• Electrical Line Workerdiploma ,associate degree,orequivalenttechnicaltraining.
• Knowledgeoffiberopticsystems,coaxsystems,ortelecommunicationstroubleshooting.
• Experiencementoringentry-levellaborersorgroundmen.
• Bilingual Spanish/Englishcommunicationskills.

• Abilitytosafelyclimbpolesandladdersupto
  50feetonaregularbasis.
• Abilitytoliftandcarry
  50–60poundsconsistentlythroughouttheworkday.
• Abilitytostand,walk,bend,kneel,andperformphysicallydemandingtasksforextendedperiods.
• Abilitytomaintainbalance,coordination,andstrengthwhileworkingatheights.
• Abilitytoworkoutdoorsinvaryingweatherconditionsanduneventerrain.

Thisisafull-time,non-exempt position.

Standardschedulingis Monday through Friday ;however,flexibilityisrequiredforearlymornings,evenings,weekends,andemergencyresponseworkwhenprojectdemandsrequire.

Overtimeopportunitiesmaybeavailablebasedonworkloadandseasonalconstructiondemand.
