Journeyman Electrician

Tired of working for a private equity company that treats you like a number?

MSP is independently owned and operated - no corporate overlords, no revolving-door management, no bean-counter quotas. Just a tight-knit team that takes care of each other and does right by customers.

We’ve been locally owned since day one, and we intend to keep it that way.

Your Family Comes First - Period.

Soccer games, school plays, family dinners - you’ll be there. We build schedules around the reality that our team members are parents, partners, and people with lives outside of work. This isn’t a perk. It’s part of our culture.

Get In on the Ground Floor

MSP has been serving the Twin Cities for over 100 years, and our Electrical division is one of the most exciting things we’ve built in a long time. We’re starting with installs and already growing into electrical service - and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape what this department becomes, not just fill a seat.

Locally & Independently Owned

Not a franchise. Not private equity-backed. MSP is a family business approaching 4th generation ownership - that kind of continuity says everything about how we operate. Your feedback reaches the people who make decisions, and you’ll know your leaders by name.

You’re a licensed Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in your craft, communicates confidently with customers, and wants to grow with a company that will invest in you - not just your labor. You’re excited about being part of something being built from the ground up.
