Position: Delivery Driver 2475hr Guaranteed 10 Hours Daily 4Day Work Week

Delivery Driver – $24.75/hr + Guaranteed 10 Hours (4-Day Work Week)

We're hiring delivery drivers to join our team delivering packages throughout the Twin Cities. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role using a company-provided van.

Successful drivers are comfortable performing physical work for a full 10-hour shift, working independently, and maintaining a consistent pace throughout the day.

Pay & Schedule

$24.75/hour
Guaranteed 10 hours of pay every shift
4 days per week (full-time)
Weekly pay
Start time around 10:15 AM
Must work at least one weekend day

What You'll Do

Deliver 160–250+ packages per day
Drive a company cargo van (no CDL required)
Use GPS and a company phone to complete routes
Work independently and stay on pace throughout the day
Provide excellent customer service while delivering safely and efficiently

Physical Demands

Be on your feet and moving for most of a 10-hour shift
Enter and exit the delivery van 200+ times per day
Lift, carry, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances, including stairs and uneven surfaces
Work outdoors in rain, snow, heat, and cold
Maintain a consistent pace while meeting delivery expectations

This is an active, physically demanding position and is not a driving-only or light-duty role.

Qualifications

21+ years old
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check and drug screening (no THC testing)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable and on time for scheduled shifts
Comfortable working independently and staying on pace
Able to work at least one weekend day
