Target is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member in Minnesota to audit and resolve inventory defects, conduct weekly audits, and drive root-cause analysis using lean and 5S methods. You’ll support operations, work with leadership, and help ensure accurate stock data across warehouse locations.
Qualifications include 2 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift 35-60 lbs, and proficiency with Excel and ICQA reporting tools.
