Dyne Fire Protection Labs is an independent testing laboratory with 25 years of experience delivering fast, reliable, and independent analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents. We help building owners and their representatives meet inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) requirements — and we're known throughout the industry for technical depth, outstanding customer service, and industry-leading turnaround times.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Data Entry/Kit Maker to join our Shipping team. You'll play a key role in assembling and shipping the testing kits our customers rely on, while helping keep our warehouse organized and running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives with some independence.

• Assemble a variety of testing kits accurately and efficiently
• Pick and fill kit orders from stock
• Receive and process incoming warehouse supply shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Print shipping labels and various forms
• Organize stock, replenish shelves, and communicate supply needs to other departments
• Move materials from the warehouse to storage areas
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with associates and management across departments
• Assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• Prior inventory experience (required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Self-motivated with the initiative to take on new projects and manage shifting priorities
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask across several projects at once
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Hourly Rate: $17-20 depending on experience.

Hours:

40 Hours a week

Work Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 10 am – 4 pm and Friday: 9 am – 3 pm
