Part-Time Art Teacher (3 Days/Week)

We are seeking a creative, organized, and student-centered Part-Time Art Teacher to join our team. The teacher will deliver engaging art instruction for students, foster artistic exploration, and support a positive classroom environment three days per week.

• Plan and deliver art lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and age-appropriate learning goals.
• Teach foundational art skills, techniques, and art vocabulary across assigned grade levels.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs and abilities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and well-organized classroom and studio space.
• Manage classroom materials, supplies, and clean-up procedures.
• Display student work and support school art shows or exhibitions as needed.
• Communicate regularly with classroom teachers, parents, and school leadership about student progress and needs.
• Participate in staff meetings and relevant professional development on designated work days.

• Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Familiarity with a range of media (drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, digital art preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
