This is a full-time on-site role located in Woodbury, NJ for a Mortgage Processor. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for managing the loan process from acknowledgment to closing. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and verifying accuracy of loan documentation, maintaining communication with clients, underwriters, and mortgage lenders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves working collaboratively with a dynamic team to ensure an efficient and smooth mortgage processing experience for clients.
Qualifications- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including experience with Mortgage Lending and Loans
- Proficiency in Underwriting processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, lenders, and team members
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- Experience in compliance, industry regulations, and loan processing systems is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
