** you will be part of the Building Operations Department supporting property management, tenants, and facilities teams.  
** The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, strong mechanical skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and*
* ** the ability to travel from site to site**  **.

What will you be doing?

+ Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on building systems, following safety rules and procedures.

+ Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.

+  
** Highly Preferred Fire Suppression*
* ** experience.*
* + Respond to service requests, tenant concerns, and emergency calls (24/7 on-call rotation).

+ Conduct property inspections, complete maintenance logs, and manage work orders.

+ Assist with construction projects, tenant improvements, and capital renovation coordination.

What do you bring?

+ Positive, can-do attitude

+  
** Minimum 5 years of commercial maintenance experience.*
* + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

+ Ability to travel site to site.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

+ HVAC certification preferred (but not required).
