We are hiring a Project Manager who wants to wow homeowners, lead crews with confidence, and continue to grow with an amazing team.

• Full job lifecycle from signed contract through final payment collection
• Crew coordination and daily job site leadership
• Material ordering, staging, and delivery management
• Job cost tracking and variance resolution in real time
• Change orders, supplements, and invoicing
• Customer communication post‑sale — you are the face of the project
• Permit coordination and inspection scheduling
• CRM documentation and accurate project close‑out
• You’ve managed multiple active roofing or construction projects at once and stayed organized
• You communicate with homeowners professionally and hold crews accountable without drama
• You find problems on job sites before they become calls from unhappy customers
• You know your way around Service Titan or a comparable job management platform
• You’re comfortable working Saturdays when production demands it
• You prefer a slow‑paced or office‑only role — this is a field job, every day
• You need constant direction to know what to do next
• You avoid difficult conversations with crews, customers, or vendors
• You treat job management software as optional

Performance‑based pay. Base salary range posted above. Formal performance review at 90 days — advancement tied to what you deliver, not how long you’ve been here.

• 2+ years managing roofing or residential construction projects
• Valid driver’s license — daily field presence required
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with crews and homeowners alike
