Project Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable function and support day-to-day accounting operations.
• Administer the lien release process and related construction accounting activities.
• Support asset management and other operational accounting functions.
• Assist with general accounting responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve.
• Partner with the accounting team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment where flexibility and a willingness to help are highly valued.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong accounting foundation with experience beyond basic data entry or subledger processing.
• Experience with lien releases, project accounting, construction accounting, or other project-based accounting environments is required.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment where responsibilities may evolve over time.
• Strong technology aptitude and confidence learning new systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of a variety of accounting responsibilities.
