Performance Contracting Group in the Seattle area seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimating activities for PCI scopes of work in our Woodinville, WA operations. You will prepare detailed estimates, manage RFPs, and coordinate with owners, managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive competitive bids.
The role requires 5–7 years of estimating experience and a strong background in construction, with proficiency in Takeoff software and MS Office.
