Performance Contracting Group in the Seattle area seeks an experienced Senior Estimator for our Woodinville, WA operations. You will perform estimating duties for PCI scopes of work and collaborate with owners, managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to prepare accurate bids.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of estimating experience and 10+ years in construction, with proficiency in takeoff software and MS Office; a Bachelor’s degree and OSHA certification are preferred.
