Construction Manager/ Foreman, Building Maintenance
Service Master of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based inWoodinvilleWA.We are seeking an energetic Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible forassistingthe Team with completion of construction-related projects in a professional andtimelymanner.
Aboutthe role
- M eeting with homeowners and business owners to review the project.
- Maintaining a budget for each job.
- Creating job schedule, scheduling of subcontractors and ordering of materials.
- Taking assigned projects to completion based on written scope of repairs.
- Developing professional relationships and working with subcontractors.
- Responsible for the finished product of the subcontractors and overall quality of the job.
- Updating production files and paperwork andmaintainingdetailed job notes including conversations withcustomerin job management software.
- Following written production procedures.
- Obtaining permits andmeetingwith building inspector sand mortgage company inspectors.

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Vacation –
90 th Day - 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)
2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks
5th- 14th year= 3 weeks
15th year and on= 4 weeks
This position offersan annual rate of 60 – 70k a year, plus uncapped bonuses.
