A seasonal, part‑time Wine Club Representative position is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle in Woodinville, WA
. This role delivers exceptional customer service experiences for Vintage Reserve Club Members and supports tastings, club marketing, reporting, events, and strategic planning.

This is a seasonal, part‑time hourly role eligible for tips, generally running from May through October. Availability in evenings and weekends, particularly for our Summer Concert Series, is required.

• Greet guests and provide accurate information about the company/winery, in person and over the phone.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails, and make outbound calls related to general customer inquiries.
• Assist in planning and coordinating club and special events.
• Drive revenue by selling wine and merchandise to wine club members.
• Conduct winery tours, tastings, and events for wine club members.
• Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, wine club memberships, and collect tasting fees as needed.
• Assist with fulfillment of wine club and eCommerce orders, including pulling, packing, and processing orders for delivery and curbside pickup.

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Minimum 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit required.
• Excellent customer service skills and at least two (2) years in a customer service position.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and computer skills required.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and conduct appropriate for licensing, permitting, and/or certification by state and local authorities.

$19.45 - $25.27 per hour based on relevant experience.
