Senior​/Chief Engineer

We’re conducting a search for a Senior Engineering Leader with a highly respected, innovative manufacturer of specialized chemical injection components used by some of the world’s largest companies.

This is an opportunity to shape technical strategy, lead R&D, manage technical risk, and develop a talented engineering team—while helping drive the company’s next stage of growth.

• Lead R&D for products operating in some of the world’s harshest environments
• Shape technical strategy, product development, and engineering processes
• Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Serve as a key technical resource for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and Zero Defect
• Work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise and judgment have real impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years of experience in highly regulated product design
• Experience in petrochemical, energy, industrial, or similarly regulated environments
• Strong background in technical risk management, product development, and engineering leadership
• Proficiency with Solid Works or Auto Desk Inventor
• Experience with FEA and/or fluid dynamics is a plus
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, specifications, tolerances, reliability, and manufacturing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• PE license is a plus; willingness to travel as needed
