We’re inviting participants to take part in an onsite usability study in Bellevue, Washington to help test new Amazon package locker access technology
.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability and accessibility of new Amazon package locker technology. The goal is to ensure the experience works well for a wide range of users with different needs, abilities, and everyday use cases.
What will you do?During your scheduled onsite session, you will:
- Interact with an Amazon package locker
- Complete simulated package pickups and/or returns
- Are 18 years or older
- Are eligible to work in the US
- Can attend onsite in Bellevue, WA on Feb 18–19
- Are willing to test new Amazon package locker technology
- Have made an online return in the past 3–6 months (Amazon or another retailer)
Some sessions will include participants who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids to ensure the technology works well for a wide range of users.
LocationThis is an onsite study taking place at Amazon’s offices in Bellevue, WA
.
Participants will receive $125 USD for successful participation.
Payment options include Pay Pal, gift card, check, or wire transfer.
Time CommitmentThe session will take up to one hour
