AS A VALUABLE CONTRIBUTOR TO OUR VISION, YOU WILL:
- Own and maintain the network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems.
- Provide end-user support and training:
Serve as a “super-user” and “train-the-trainer” for IT processes and documentation. - Maintain security and reliability:
Enforce Acceptable Use Policy, maintain telephony assets, and ensure a secure environment for all company data. - Support disaster recovery:
Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan. - Collaborate across teams:
Assist ERP Administrator when needed and contribute to IT strategy planning. - Drive efficiency:
Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and improve system performance. - Administer Office 365 and other business-critical systems.
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- 5+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Windows environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE.
- Advanced working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server a plus.
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 environments preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and training.
- Position is onsite. M-F 8-5, occasional weekends for patching and server upgrades.
