Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in the upkeep and functionality of our gyms. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements across multiple locations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular inspections of gym facilities to identify maintenance needs.

* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fitness equipment.

* Oversee pool maintenance as well as chemical balancing of the aquatic facilities.

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

* Collaborate with the management team to prioritize and address maintenance issues efficiently.

* Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services.

* Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report to the Vice President of Operations regularly.

* Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance programs.

* Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Facility Technician or similar role. (Training provided for gym equipment maintenance.)

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

* Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on fitness equipment.

* Experience in overseeing pool maintenance and chemical balancing in aquatics facilities.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Flexibility to travel between multiple gym locations (Woodinville & Kirkland).

* Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
