We are currently looking for a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team! This position is WEEKENDS ONLY. In this role, you will support the community with plant operations and assist with maintaining both the interior and exterior of our community. Your work will directly impact the comfort and happiness of our residents, all while working in a fun, collaborative environment!

• Maintain the interior of the community according to company standards.
• Assist in coordinating community events.
• Provide maintenance support for resident apartments and common areas.

• Experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Experience working with local/state agencies for inspections.
• Experience working with seniors is a huge plus!
