Who We Are

Sko Flo designs and manufactures industry-leading chemical injection components used around the world. We are known for precision, reliability, and a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Our success is driven by talented, dedicated employees, and we support our team with competitive compensation, strong benefits, and a collaborative, growth-focused environment. We hire for potential, motivation, and the ability to grow—not just a checklist of skills.

You Want to Be on the Sko Flo Team Because, You Will:
  • Work Independently on Real Hardware:
Perform mechanical assembly and factory acceptance testing on subsea and surface valves used in oil and gas operations worldwide.
  • Be Trusted With Judgment:
You’ll be expected to catch anomalies and elevate them — not just follow steps, but know when something’s wrong.
  • Mentor as You Grow:
Help train General Technicians as you build your own experience.
  • Be Cared About:
Competitive pay ($30/hour), comprehensive health benefits, and a 401(k) match with 100% company contribution up to 4%.
As a Valuable Contributor to Our Vision, You Will:
  • Independently perform mechanical assembly of subsea and surface valves
  • Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) per documented procedures
  • Interpret hydraulic schematics
  • Identify and report FAT anomalies to the right person, and ensure datasheets are complete and accurate
  • Use standard and special test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, and similar)
  • Mentor and assist General Technicians
  • Accurately log time and complete job travelers/datasheets directly in our ERP system (Kinetic), and flag discrepancies rather than working around them
To Thrive in This Role, You Should Have:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Demonstrated hands-on assembly/test experience, or equivalent internal development
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Experience in an ISO 9001 environment a plus
  • Position is onsite in Woodinville, WA. Current shop schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4x10 (10-hour shifts); some standing/lifting required (up to 40 lbs. occasionally)
