Precision Castparts Corp - - Responsibilities:
Perform hardness and conductivity testing;
Observe lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods in all job assignments;
Ensure product conformity through defined inspection operations using models, blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing plans;
Identify and segregate non-conforming product; disposition internal and supplier rejections per BQMS requirements;
Develop inspection plans; provide work holding, cycle time, and other continuous improvement suggestions
