The Shift Lead at Ezell's is responsible for delivering Our Brand Promise to every guest in an environment that embodies our culture.

They will work within a management team to support the restaurant, develop team members to their highest potential and “help build the team to grow our brand”. The Shift lead will also assist the management team in achieving daily goals including sales, food quality and cost controls.

• 1+ years in a leadership position
• 3+ years in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
