Wine Tent Lead

A seasonal, part-time Wine Tent Lead job in Woodinville, WA is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle. The Wine Tent Lead owns end‑to‑end execution of the wine tent during concerts including staffing oversight, product availability, responsible alcohol service and guest services issue escalation resolution. The leader will ensure full compliance with team members for alcohol regulations. They will coordinate day‑of inventory needs with Live Nation and Stock team and serve as the key liaison for concert operations leadership, leading the wine tent through successful opening and closing.

Schedule: May through September, evenings and weekends for the Summer Concert Series. This role is eligible for tips.

Wine Tent Lead

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure staff is trained and ready to open for sale each concert day with the opening of the concert gates.
  • Help in the set up and tear down of the wine cocktail tent for each concert.
  • Collaborate with Live Nation F&B Manager on product supply.
  • Troubleshoot POS issues.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to ensure all cashiers meet compliance standards of carding guests, checking 's, and ensuring no sales to intoxicated guests.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer service issues in the wine tent.
  • Coordinate with Stock for products as needed onsite.
  • Collaborate with Wine Cocktail Tent Lead and Wine Cocktail Tent Cashiers to provide cross‑coverage support to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Escalate any consumer concerns to leadership.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit required.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of wine.
  • Cash register experience preferred with proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems.
  • Customer service experience required (retail/hospitality preferred).
  • Strong communication, sales, and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible and available to work varied hours.
  • History of responsible use of alcohol and other conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Your Compensation

$21.41 – $27.83 per hour based upon relevant experience.
