Rolling Suds is hiring a high-performing Lead Tech to deliver top-quality exterior cleaning services and lead jobs in the field. This role is for dependable operators who take ownership of results and work efficiently with a team.

• 8:00 AM — 4:30 PM typical day
• Mon–Fri
• Tue–Sat

$24–$40/hr with performance-based pay

• Execute jobs efficiently and professionally
• Coordinate with GM on job execution
• Follow cleaning procedures and job checklists
• Maintain professional standards on-site
• Support team completion of daily scope

• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Pass background & MVR checks
• Comfortable on ladders and roofs (preferred)
• Pressure washing experience preferred (trainable if strong work ethic)
