Child Development Associate Teacher Permit Requirements: o Complete 12 semester units of eligible course work; o Complete at least 50 days of experience in an instructional setting
High School diploma or equivalent required;
• AA Degree or 48 college units required or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Assessment Test or passing score on the District Proficiency Test;
• Must provide proof of Immunizations including tuberculosis, flu, measles, and whooping cough;
• Understands the needs of IEP's;
• Valid CPR/First Aid certifications.

* Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent)

* Test Results/Materials (passing score on District Proficiency Test - will not be required if applicant has at least 48 college units or an Associate degree or higher - must submit college transcripts as proof)
