Ute Pass Regional Health Service District is seeking a dependable, hands‑on, and highly organized Logistics & Fleet Coordinator to support the readiness of the District’s fleet, facilities, equipment, and operational resources. This position plays a vital role in ensuring crews have the vehicles, supplies, equipment, and station support they need to provide safe, effective, and responsive patient care.
The Logistics & Fleet Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day logistics, fleet readiness, medical and station supply inventory, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, asset tracking, and facility support across District locations. Working under the direction of the Deputy Chief of Operations, this position helps maintain operational consistency by proactively identifying needs, coordinating repairs and service, managing supplies and inventory, and ensuring vehicles and equipment remain ready for use.
This is a mobile, hands‑on role that regularly travels between District stations and facilities. The position supports all shifts and crews by maintaining stocked supply areas, coordinating fleet and equipment service, tracking assets, assisting with facility upkeep, and communicating clearly with leadership and operational staff regarding open items, vendor issues, and readiness concerns.
Ideal Candidate- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records, inventory systems, maintenance schedules, and asset tracking information
- Proactive in identifying supply, equipment, vehicle, or facility needs before they affect operations
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to follow through on assignments without repeated direction
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, tracking service timelines, and communicating status updates to leadership and crews
- Willing and able to perform hands‑on work, including stocking, organizing, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies and equipment
- Professional, respectful, and collaborative in interactions with crews, Captains, Lieutenants, vendors, and District leadership
- Mission‑aligned, with an understanding that operational readiness directly supports quality patient care
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage inventory, coordinate vendors, and track assets with accuracy and organization
- Valid Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable driving record — this role requires regular travel between District locations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
