RN Emergency Department - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides proficient, direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to organizational policies, standards, and values.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Care for diverse patient populations, prioritize safety and quality, develop and evaluate care plans, monitor and communicate patient conditions, collaborate across disciplines, and educate patients and families. May delegate tasks and precept students or new staff.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. BLS required; ACLS, ENPC, PALS, TNCC preferred or within specified time frames. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a dynamic setting are essential.
