HoursOur Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
PayUSD 16.45 per hour. Pay could increase based on the amount of textiles you produce each hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay—work today, get paid today! The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following Goodwill quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor for sale. The Associate may occasionally contact customers and is expected to respond promptly and provide excellent customer service.
Essential Functions- Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality.
- Inspect textiles to ensure good saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
- Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textile items for sale by loading them on Z‑racks.
- Make pricing decisions according to Goodwill standards and product value, including researching the item’s value online or using company tools.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
- Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Cross‑train in other departments and areas when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a safe and efficient workflow.

Education- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year of retail experience preferred.
- Must have attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
- Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
- Use good judgment to assess quality, value, and pricing of textile products.
- Must be able to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
- Must work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed with occasional overtime.
- Must communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.
