Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Woodland, CA. The Account Executive will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding loan products, assisting clients in identifying suitable financial solutions, and facilitating the loan process. Daily tasks include maintaining a detailed understanding of Arcstone Financial's products, engaging with clients to address their needs, collaborating with the team to streamline the lending process, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of loan products and programs, with the ability to identify appropriate financial solutions for clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple client cases efficiently
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools is a plus
• Understanding of the mortgage and lending industry; prior experience in finance or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is an advantage
• Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed performance and sales targets
